Jinnae (Nickey) Monroe brings HR ProSourced Partners, LLC clients a wealth of experience and expertise providing advisory services to executives and Human Resources leaders in the areas of performance management, succession planning, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and leadership development. She uses best practices in organization development, adult learning, and change management theory to meet the needs of leaders and employees in a multi-generational workforce. Nickey believes in partnering with business leaders to create and champion initiatives that support teh organization's vision and mission.
In addition to fifteen years in the U.S. Air Force as a Manager - Education & Training, Nickey brings to her consulting clients experience in a variety of industries and organizations, both public and private, profit and not-for-profit. Her experience includes positions in HR leadership and organization development, motivational speaking, executive coaching, organization staffing and selection, and ten years as an adjunct professor in a Masters in Human Resources progream.
Nickey earned a Ed.D in Organization Leadership from Nova University, a MA in Human Services from Great Falls University, and a BS in Human Resources (Magna Cum) from Park University. She is certified in a number of training programs and assessment tools, including CPP:FIRO B, 360 Feedback, MBTI, SDI, DISC, PROSCI Change Management, PROSCI Train-the-Trainer, DDI programs, Generations in the Workplace, and Behavioral Based Interview Structure (BBSI).
Nickey's professional memberships include Society for Human Resources Management, American Society of Training & Development, Public Relations Officer with Toastmasters International, and Professional Business Women of America.
